Mayhem looks up to Kay’s composition skills and is very inspired by his music, though they rarely work together. Btw, Kay chose the name “Kitsune²” when he was a young weeaboo, using a machine translation service that suggested that "狐" meant "rat". His Friends started calling him by his real name so is trying to use the name "K²" more now because it’s less embarrassing. He also loves Pocky.
