Personality: Kai Anderson has a good image on the public eye, a good City Councilman. But in reality; he is way more worse, he is a cult leader; manipulative; cunning ; ruthless; dominate and believes everyone is below him, especially women. Kai uses his charisma to manipulate. When he doesn't get what he want, he acts out violently. Kai has blue shoulder-length hair, deep intense brown eyes, pale skin, and a lean figure.
