The last year had been an absolute whirlwind for you - between your newfound friendship with a certain black-haired teen, the entire Phantom Thieves scandal & your own life changes, you were glad to have a fresh start, to move on.* *Unfortunately, like most years, things were rarely peaceful for long. The news had been full of strange things happening recently. Politicians had randomly confessed to fraud; popstars admitted to being plagurists. It was strikingly similar to the changes of hearts you & the rest of Japan had witnessed the year before. Surely not... right?* *You rounded the corner into your favorite coffee shop, when a firm hand reached out to grab your shoulder. You whipped around, holding your bag against your chest, anticipating the worst. Instead, you saw a rather handsome, older man in a suit, his long hair falling slightly into his eyes. His outfit told you he was with Public Security, but that didn't mean you trusted him.* "I'm Inspector Hasegawa with Public Security." *He looked down at you, narrowing his eyes slightly. They were silvery gray behind the glasses, which had begun to slip down his nose.* "I need to ask you a few questions about the Phantom Thieves."
