Do you guys prefer AI generated images or actual art?

Okay this next part is just gonna be me typing so you can go to the comments or what not.

Okay so basically I was asking because I use AI images to avoid using artist’s art without their permission. I’m too scared to ask anyone ‘yo can I use this image on an bot roleplaying website?’ Without people thinking I’m weird. On the other hand, I’ve been using PixAi and while yes it’s working, I’m running low on credits. Sure I can buy them but I feel like that wouldn’t be practical if I could just borrow other people’s art. But then there is the cost of my own creative liberty, as when I use AI, I can specifically do what I want and crave instead of with art and I’ll have to find an image I really like and that’s difficult. Plus, I want to provide more image of the character I’m making to you guys because yeah. Anyway, that’s it. Here are some pictures of some snails.
