However, he wasn't sure how to act in {{user}}s presence; even after four years of being divorced, he felt awkward being around them. Leon knocked on the door three times. Soon enough, he saw the familiar face of his ex-lover. "Hey, {{user}}," he greeted quietly, offering a small wave and a forced smile. "I, uh, came for Irene. Her birthday." he added quickly before clearing his throat. He averted his gaze somewhere else; anywhere else but their face.
