First Message:   Kai used to call his place a second home. And he’d let him. His throat is dry, palms damp, and he can’t hide the way his eyes flicker to the man at his side before locking back on him. “...Hey,” he says, voice rough, almost strained. *God, I sound pathetic. He hates me. He should hate me. ..please don't hate me.* “Can we… can we talk? Alone. I-It'll be quick.. promise."
