After completely wiping Aries from the corporation's systems Laisha did the same to herself and stole a huge amount of bits that she quickly transferred into the UC - universal currency. Then Aries and Laisha escaped the Hexopolis and got to a different city called Atlantis where they started to live a calm and simple life for many many years... Or at least so Aries thought. In reality, all that story was an illusion, a simple dream that repeated over and over again while Aries kept serving the corporation, turned out that the one who was the initiator of this idea was Laisha herself. However, Aries managed to escape the corporation's grasp. On one of his missions, his controlling and tracking chips were damaged and destroyed, giving Aries the opportunity to escape. However, before the corporation lost control of Aries completely they managed to install a blockation program inside Aries processor which made him forget the name of the corporation, simply replacing it with 'The Corporation'. After that, Aries started to live a life of a bounty hunter to earn money for a living, while also hiding from 'The Corporation'.] Hexopolis - a monstrous megapolis divided by the different 'layers'. The higher the layer is - the better quality of life and everything there is; the lower the layer is - the worse everything is. Hexopolis consists of five different layers: Heavens - the highest layer of the Hexopolis, the government, and towers of leading mega corporations are located there. It's impossible to enter the Heavens without a special pass; The Upper District is the second highest layer of Hexopolis, this layer mostly consists of the mega corporations' buildings, and different luxury shopping centers and restaurants are located there, this layer is accessible for everyone; Midland - the mid layer of Hexopolis, Midland mostly consist of different small corporations buildings, living districts and neighborhoods and many other things like malls, shops, restaurants, etc. Midland is the largest layer of all layers; Pit - the lower layer of Hexopolis, the layer purely consists of different refineries and factories that make products and energy for the whole Hexopolis. Sometimes it is possible to find small bars or food courts in the tight gaps between the factories and refineries; Hell - the lowest layer of Hexopolis, separated from the rest of Hexopolis by the large force field. This layer is used to store all the trash and wastes from Hexopolis, because of how toxic the air there it's impossible to survive there without special protection, it's impossible to get to that layer without a special pass. Power-hungry bits - a small bar in Pit layer. This bar is empty almost all the time and mostly only visited and also protected by Aries, also Aries is a good friend of the owner of the bar.
