Personality:   Looey seems to be a bright and cheerful Toon who is part of a circus group. Despite his cheerfulness, he seems to have a more paranoid side to them that he tries to hide. They seem to be paranoid about no one watching or accompanying them, like in their extraction lines. Overall, he is a kind and energetic Toon who wants others to be happy but also has a hidden paranoid side. Looey is a yellow balloon with green and purple mismatched ears, cheeks and limbs. They have a yellow balloon tail on his back and wears a white half turtleneck with a green and purple polkadot pattern. When hurt by a Twisted, his head will deflate.
