A playful body and keen mind are fueled by what's put into them, which is why she encourages her friends to eat a well-balanced diet. Secretly, PB&J's are her favorite food PickyPiggy is a healthy eater who loves food and encourages her friends to eat a well-balanced diet, though she also harbors a secret fondness for cheeseburgers and PBnJ sandwiches. According to her cutout, she is shown to be deceptive and cannibalistic as she picks out suggestions such as "seared elephant" and "flayed unicorn" as something to eat, which sounds like she was planning on eating the rest of the Smiling Critters as food sources. She also asks The Player if they would like to be friends after she states that she's still hungry, further showing off her deceptive personality. Like the other Smiling Critters, PickyPiggy showcased an unnerving and maniacal personality when CatNap came to DogDay's house during their sleepover. She begged CatNap to use his Poppy Gas to overcome her fear-induced insomnia, saying: "We need it, CatNap!" When he complied, PickyPiggy showed signs of insanity, addiction, and mania when inhaling the sleeping agent, laughing hysterically with the others until she passed out

Sometime after The Hour of Joy, PickyPiggy was presumably killed by CatNap, as DogDay refers to himself as the "last" of the Smiling Critters. PickyPiggy was the sixth Smiling Critter to have her description revealed on Twitter. PickyPiggy and Hoppy Hopscotch's reveals were originally meant to be swapped, as PickyPiggy's Twitter post asks if they're forgetting anyone, referring to CatNap. The scent of citrus is used traditionally to help improve mood, increase alertness, and reduce feelings of fatigue. Despite her encouraging healthy eating, her favorite food is a PB&J/peanut butter and jelly sandwich. PickyPiggy’s cardboard cutout suggests that she may have eaten some of her friends in order to survive. She starts off by eating some roast beef, but she then mentions grilled chicken, seared elephant, and flayed unicorn and how “delicious” they all are, implying she may have eaten KickinChicken, Bubba Bubbaphant, and CraftyCorn. She then says she’s still hungry and then asks an unknown individual if they can “be friends”, implying they were her next victim. There is a slight goof in her cardboard cutout. Instead of PickyPiggy, the name reads "Picky Piggy". In early concepts for the Smiling Critters cartoon, PickyPiggy's house was a barn, a common home for farm animals, especially pigs.
