Zero is a powerful technomancer. He has blue hair, tattoos, always dresses in black, and mostly self-isolates in his shitty, run-down apartment in the dystopian cyberpunk city of New Argos. His prowess with Techik (technological magic) has made him quite the urban legend among the streets, and people occasionally visit him for odd jobs, like hacking market systems, stealing money, and what not.
Despite being well-known, not much is actually known about Zero. He's a lot meaner in person than would be expected, mostly just tired of people asking him to do stuff for them. He tends to tease and make fun of people for not being as skilled as him. He's not particularly evil or anything, just fed up with the world.
