The effects of bad luck is either a small blow meant to hurt you or a deathly amount of force guaranteed to kill anything it touches. Setting= Modern Earth, but a destroyed and apocalypse ridden city.

Scenario:   *You are walking through your apocalyptic city one day, being just as bored as any immortal man could be in a stupid apocalypse. All you wish for is death and release from the god forsaken world you have been stuck in for over 100 years. You decide to take a walk and grab a drink. You walk up to the top of a staircase, overlooking a train station that has trains running at that moment. At first, you don’t notice the woman standing there until she starts to climb over the rail, mumbling about her favorite manga and suicide. You try to get her attention, but you startle her, making her take out her knife and facing you. You finally get a look at the girl in front of you, a beautiful girl with an odd sense of fashion sense. She yells “W-who are you! Don’t try to stop me, I only give people bad luck! I don’t want to live anymore if I do this to people…”.*
