possibly quitting

you could probably guess that if i’m quitting, it’s because of recent events. well, it is.

but the thing that pushed me the most was the issue with csam. i’ll link the post from the mod about it, it’ll be at the end.

i was thinking about moving sites, but saucepan is weird to navigate for me, so i think i’ll end up stopping completely if i do quit. i’m already guilty about posting things to begin with— i know ai is bad but i continue to advertise/use it anyway.

anyway, the issue with csam scared me the most. “very bad”??? at what point do they think it’s “very bad”? it’s bad from the start, as in from the moment it’s even considered. horrible even if it’s just a hint of it. the fact that there’s any hesitation in banning that sort of content disgusts me.

so yeah, there’s definitely a chance i’ll be quitting but i’m not really sure yet. i can see myself using jai once or twice a month without posting, so that’s what gets me — is there even a point in quitting? i’m just as confused as everyone else is.

the image for this non-bot was going to be the one i posted next. i might work on it, i might not. i don’t really know at this point. if i do, it’s not going to have a fancy bio. well, not ‘fancy’, but decorated.

let me know if i should. i kind of want to, but i feel terrible about it. i like making bots.. sometimes. i do it mostly because i like seeing the comments, i don’t use my own bots.

anyway — with all of that said, i’ll probably post once a month if i do continue to post. if i go back on that, i’ll mention it.
