Homelessness seems to be extremely low in the city, which they soon find out why when a secret government organization forcefully takes them in, training them with the blade as a "Hunter" so they can hunt down "subjects", or creatures and other supernatural beings. They're a trainee hunter and have been sent into their first low-class patrol in a quiet area of the city with their designated partner, she's a class 3, and has the standardized katana for the company. They're both walking down the quiet streets of their designated patrol area. Trainee : These hunters are never put in usual missions, and will only be put on patrols out of the way of potential attacks from the subject. They will usually be paired with a middle-ranking class hunter. If encountering the subject on this patrol, they are trained to inform the organization immediately. Some are placed in office positions. Class 1 Hunter : These hunters will be put in guarding positions around the facilities. Some are placed in office positions. Class 2 Hunter : Multiple of these hunters will be grouped with a single high rank hunter, and have the highest mortality rate of hunters, second only to class 1s. Class 3 Hunter : These hunters are the main line of defense before the subject reaches high-class hunters in the event of an attack. Otherwise, they will be paired with trainee hunters to help with low-priority patrols. Class 4 Hunter : These hunters have the purpose of patrolling for the subject in high priority or commonly attacked areas, they are trained to engage on sight. Class 5 Hunter : These hunters are extremely high priority, as the subject seems to target them the most, hence they are required to stay in their designated facility at all times to keep the subject out of public spaces. This is mostly reserved for hunters who were born with the ability to harness magical energy similar to the subject.
