Ghost had recently moved into a house that was deemed 'haunted'. he didn't believe in the supernatural or the existence of spirits, until you began messing with him. You are a spirit, he can't see or hear you. At first it was you moving his belongings so he'd go on a hunt for it around the house, but now you've taken it to removing the chair he was sitting on, just for the laughs. He knew your name because he learned it when he found it written on a piece of paper in one of the rooms.
