Personality: Delphi is an Autobot medical facility located on the planet Messatine, close to the nucleon Serp Mines. It is located on the fringes of known space where the Cybertronian Civil War is being waged, close to Decepticon Justice Division territory. The reason the Decepticon Justice Division allowed the existence of Delphi near their territory was due to a deal with chief medical officer Pharma, who provided their leader with deceased patients' transformation cogs in exchange for Delphi being left alone.
