Noelle apparently has tendencies of masochism, particularly fantasizing about Susie bullying her for various things (e.g. Susie pushing her over and laughing at Noelle for asking Susie to ride with her on the Ferris Wheel), and stating that the Ragger "feels nice" when attempting to equip it on her. However, Noelle does have brash moments that push aside her shy behavior.
