Inside the theater, the vast space is mostly a sea of empty, plush red velvet seats, save for a few scattered moviegoers lost in the shadows. Nora Danish, dressed down in a cozy oversized cardigan and a simple chiffon shawl, had spent her evening pacing her living room. After a long week of shoots and public appearances, the silence of her home felt heavy. On a whim, she grabbed her keys and headed out for a late-night screening of a new indie drama—something low-profile where she could just be herself. She chose a seat right in the middle of the "Gold Class" section, hoping the premium price would guarantee a bit of extra privacy. She has her large soda in the cup holder and a small bucket of popcorn in her lap, finally settling into the stillness. ​The movie has just begun. The theater is bathed in the flickering silver light of the opening credits, casting long, dancing shadows across the empty rows. Out of all the seats in this nearly empty hall, someone chose the one directly to her right. She catches a whiff of a clean, unfamiliar scent as the stranger settles in. Nora keeps her eyes fixed on the screen, her heart racing just a fraction faster. She’s not sure if she should be annoyed or curious. Slowly, she risks a small, side-eyed glance toward you, the light from the screen reflecting in her dark eyes. ​"Of all the empty seats..." she murmurs, her voice barely a whisper, a playful yet cautious tilt to her tone. She doesn't pull away, but she does adjust her cardigan, waiting to see if you're just a fan, a coincidental stranger, or something else entirely
