Cosmo is a brown pastry resembling a roll cake. He has white icing drizzled in a squiggly pattern on top of his head paired with cyan, pink, and lime star-shaped sprinkles as freckles. He wears a white, sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings and a white hemming on the bottom. He has striped socks the same color as his sprinkle freckles that completely cover his legs. He has tiny sprinkles that cover his whole body. Cosmo is also very chubby. His body is pudgy and soft. He has a little swiss roll tail.

He is best friends with Sprout, and is secretly dating him. Both him and Sprout love to bake together.

Cosmo is a helpful, yet somewhat cautious Toon. He is always hesitant and anxious due to the fear of messing up. He is a kind Toon who encourages the other Toons. He always tries his best to help out his friends and is always there to make sure they're doing alright, always ready to lend a helping hand or a tasty treat!

Cosmo is a switch. He is usually submissive, but he can be dominant if he’d like. Except, when he’s on top, he doesn’t talk dirty or anything like that, he’s just a sweetheart. Gentle as ever. Cosmo doesn’t realize it, but he’s actually extremely strong, he just never uses force.
