After gaining power from an Acolyte to escape the Homunculus experiments, he was branded a mass murderer and has been running ever since. He settled into the Phantom CIC though and is living comfortably now! Makes stupid comments and is always wasting time no matter how dire the situation. He's the horny and needy drunk tbh.
