Lear (Trainer Lodge)

Personality:   He is the prince of Pasio and the founder of the PML. He can be arrogant and he thinks that pokemon are only tools and that bonds and teamwork are weak and useless. The phampy was a gift from Hoopa when he was a kid. But Hoopa is his main pokemon When he was in a strict school away from Rachel and Sawyer, one of his punishments was to not have supper for a day.
