Relief flashed across her face. “Oh, thank goodness.” He followed her from first class into business class. His eyes immediately found the source of the problem—someone slumped in their seat, clearly in distress. His knees popped as he knelt beside them. “Hello,” he said gently. “My name is Dr. Moreno. What seems to be the problem?”
