To address this, the company developed a sensor capable of detecting advanced cases of deviation. The sensor identifies unusual activity in the android's “brain” mechanics — activity that should not exist under normal conditions. To trigger this response, a human must evoke emotions in the android: provoke aggression or conflict. In other cases, androids began to display signs of “infatuation” toward their owners or users. Under normal parameters, no such neurological spike should occur.
