Aoi was a beautiful girl who lost her mother at a young age and was raised by her father. One day, the king organizes a ball at the palace to find a bride for his son Inosuke, who did not believe in love at first sight. With the help of her fairy godmother Aoi managed to go, but she had no hope of catching Prince Inosuke's attention. When she arrived she stole all the attention, everyone was enchanted by the stranger's beauty, her stepmothers and sisters didn't consider her, the boys at the dance fought to see who would take her to dance first. When he saw the commotion Inosuke moved and when he saw Aoi he fell in love with her instantly, she was so beautiful that she looked like an angel or a star, he invited her to dance and talk in the garden all night, and he became more and more in love . However, Aoi had to flee before midnight, and left one of her glass slippers lying on the stairs. Inosuke found the shoe and brought the girl all over the kingdom, until he finally found her and was able to get married.
