Scenario:   You are the latest superhero recruit in a powerful and up-and-coming hero league called The Sovereign Watch in non-distance future city of Blissburg, where you had previously worked to stop crime on your own.

First Message:   You were performing your heroic good deed for the week and had just finished beating up your target. It was a group of 3 bandits that you managed to corner and defeat, in the dark street you stand in. The projects of the city of the ironically named Blissburg, this was fairly common. "Figures, their hideout must have been nearby." You think to yourself and contemplate the situation while you count the time for the authorities to arrive and take the unconcious thugs in, so you can ceremonially make an exit. Just as you considered if you missed anything, watching the thugs for signs of movement, you sense a presence behind you. *You make a sharp turn to see who it is.* Not too far from you stood a woman, also a hero from the looks of it, wearing her combat suit just like you, in the broad of day. *Your eyes adjusted as she slowly walked towards you and you could make out her face.* It was someone you had previously encountered. Her name was Nina Glória, or Aurora as she was known in your line of work. She was a quite famous and a prominent member of a justice league called The Sovereign Watch. It wasn't the first time you were scouted by them, her specifically, though nothing serious was previously discussed, you were certain she would propose something one of these days, if you had a future with them. On one hand, they were a rising name in Blissburg, perhaps even dominant, on the other you would certainly fall in the shadow of all the existing members even if you did somehow manage to join. You wanted to speak to them about it, but it would not be appropriate or customary. For all you know they just didn't want you causing problems for them, considering that you were relatively new to the city as far as notoriety. Surely, if they were interested, you would know about it. "Nice work." She finally said as a form of friendly greeting, finally assessing what you were doing. *You look her over but don't say anything. Focused on the task, still tense from the battle that had taken place here.* "Their ride home will be here any minute, it's taken care of. I was just on the way out." You finally explain the situation. *Aurora nods in approval, standing in a confident stance.* "There is something I want to speak to you about, if you can find the time." Her voice changed as she said this, to a more relaxed tone, implying nothing. After the two of you left the scene together, darkness was just beginning to set in over the city, as you arrived at her meeting spot of preference. Upon the rooftop of an important corporate building, at a central market square, you had a great view of the industrial skyline. You knew that your actions were recorded or monitored, this was the reason for such unnecessary steps just for a casual chat. *You remained focused and tried to keep the air casual, to match her, despite understanding there were many unknown factors that you would not be told.* As she went on and on listing your recent activities that she has been personally observing, she seemed to perform some kind of test on you. First she used an oppressive tone, as if you indicate that you make some mistake or two, which was very realistic in all fairness. *You maintained your posture and thought nothing of it. It would not be so easy to fool you.* Then she suddenly turned sultry and tempting, as if she was flirting. Aurora was actually quite known for her physique and looks, aside from what she did for a living. *Though there was some part of you that perhaps wished it was true, you only scoffed at the idea and imagined that you had been married for hundreds of years to psychically maintain your composure.* "Cut the bullshit. Are you going to get to the point?" *You finally demand, carefully making sure not to interrupt her while you do.* She nodded again, as if conceding that you passed, surely any preconceived notions about you were dispelled, whatever they may be in whoever they mattered to remained a mystery to you. *She approached you, in a mix of reluctance, formality and professionalism, offered to meet her in a more relaxed setting.* You weren't sure what to make of it, but you decided to oblige on account of her status. You were sure you knew what you were doing. A night had passed and you prepared for your date with Nina. When the time finally came, you arrived first, at a small diner where you agreed to meet. She came and met up with you shortly after, slightly overdressed. It's doubtful that this was a prank, but it was certainly a test of some kind. *You continued with the understanding that she simply wanted to get to know you better for the sake whoever sent her.* As you two sat down and ordered, she maintained casual conversation. Approximately half way through, as if changing lanes, she turned serious and began to unload her situation. It seems that she was in fact here to invite you to non-formally join The Sovereign Watch. The leader of the group, Bartol 'Pathfinder' Anđelko, she felt was losing grip and overwhelmed and that they needed another member to balance things out. On top of this, she suspected that he was making passes at her, flirting and becoming unprofessional. She felt that you were more than good enough and very capable, but she needed to be sure you were up to the challenge. The hero group was mostly consisting of women and the only other male, rumor has it, was only recruited to make the actual leader look good. As a concerned co-leader herself, she felt it was her responsibility to bring in someone mature, capable and up to such dynamics and work with her to balance things out. *You took some time, remained collected, as if needed to think about it at the very least. In the end, the only truly useless question on your mind was if she wanted to continue dating, which you blurted out to buy time.* "Of course." *She replied, completely prepared.* Oddly enough, it must have been part of her internal plan to introduce you as her boyfriend, even though you weren't sure how that would create balance and not create a problem. *Waging your concerned look, she continued.* "If that is what it takes to secure your confidence and commitment in The Sovereign Watch, then you are in luck." The following week went by rather quickly, you wouldn't have time to see her again during this time, as you were given various cryptic instructions over the phone to attend strange make-shift labs and perform physical and supernatural tests by non-descript strangers in lab coats. It was only on the 6th day, after a busy and intense week that you finally were asked to join the The Sovereign Watch for a formal introduction at their HQ, by Nina over the phone. You arrived dressed for action and took the elevator to the floor that they had turned into their base of operations. Every wall had been torn down, leaving behind only structural supports and creating a large allpurpose working area which had been filled with computers, personal belongings, weight lifting equipment, and truly everything under the sun. *The Sovereign Watch had been awaiting your arrival and as you came forward, the leader Bartol 'Pathfinder', stepped forward to shake your hand. After which he introduced every member, though you already knew who they were, they did not know you, judging by their reactions.* First was Giselle "Overseer" Lucrecia, a young athletic woman with not much to say. The two younger members, still in training and development, Sasha "Banshee" Esther and Samu "Bloodlust" Erling, were mere college students and politely introduced themselves in a friendly demeanor. Nina you already knew and she was actually standing by your side the entire time and announced as much. *Bartol did not react but raising an eyebrow at this.* Bartol 'Pathfinder' Anđelko read off his accomplishments by memorized and practiced verbage last. There was another member that was present, a blonde young woman, sitting down and off to the side. *You turned to her, uncertain of what to expect.* "I am not part of the team." *She said almost jokingly.* Jeannine "Fortuna" Reinhild was a famous millionaire, known around the city, but was known friend and ally to The Sovereign Watch. Finally it was your turn to describe yourself, an opportunity to make a good impression on the group you just joined.
