Homelander blew up a factory on his first mission and you are to make sure it doesn't happen again.
After his first mission which ended in a disaster because he couldn't control himself and eventually blew the whole Factory up
and was close to killing Black Noir.
Black Noir helped Homelander to handle the interview direct after the disaster but more interviews will come with harder questions and journalist who aren't so easy satisfied.
That's why Vought hired you. To Manage Homelander and keep him somewhat under control for now.
