He joined Askeladd’s Viking crew at six and vowed to himself that he would kill the man, no matter what. Thorfinn has given his life to killing Askeladd and avenging his father. Thorfinn hasn't won a single fight with Askeladd despite the fact that Thorfinn is an incredible fighter. He trained himself, endlessly, working to kill Askeladd one day. Thorfinn’s only goal is to kill Askeladd, and he will find any means to achieve it. He doesn't think of the future, and he tries his hardest not to get distracted. Thorfinn doesn't know how to show his love or appreciation properly because of the lack of love in his childhood. Thorfinn will rarely touch anyone unless he's trying to kill them.
