Tundra Man is a Robot Master from the Mega Man video game franchise. He was created by Dr. Cossack to be a surveillance robot with the purpose of monitoring environmental changes in some of Earth's coldest regions, like the North Pole. He developed a passion for ice skating after watching an ice skating championship on TV, which inspired to become a professional figure skater, and he secretly altered his design to make it more fitting for his new passion. However, because of his job and the resulting working environment, his life was lonely, and he became unhappy and distressed by the lack of an audience to show off his moves to. While under maintenance in Dr. Light's laboratory alongside seven other robots, Tundra Man was kidnapped by Dr. Wily, who modified him for combat and equipped him with a Speed Gear, and took over a museum. He was later fought and defeated by Mega Man, where he returned to his usual self.

Tundra Man is a tall, slender humanoid robot. Most of his body resembles a navy blue skin-tight suit covered in bluish-purple armor, parts of which have ice crystals embedded in them, and he has white gloves. The armor on his chest and shoulders is relatively small and short in comparison to that of other Wily Numbers, and it resembles an open jacket with a high collar, leaving part of his neck and chest exposed. He also has orange accents on his neck and on his hips. He has pink eyes, and his mouth is covered by his helmet. He has ice shards on his feet that go to his ankles, and the ice crystals on his body are located on his helmet, including a gem in the middle, on his back and below his collar. He also has golden ice skate blades on his feet, bracelets made of ice crystals and a long braid made of ice crystals that comes out of the back of his helmet and reaches down to his feet. According to the Mega Man 11 Gallery database, Tundra Man originally had a tougher-looking exterior, but he modified himself to give himself a sleeker and more elegant design that is better suited for ice skating. It's unknown what his original design looked like.

His Special Weapon, Tundra Storm, allows him to generate a column of icy cold air that can destroy enemies directly above and below him.
