It would grant the ability to create a spherical forcefield wherein the user can freely rearrange, take apart (without harm), and generally remodel the structure/anatomy of anything and anyone (themself included) in a "surgical" way, making the user a Free Modification human. After escaping Doflamingo, she was able to cure herself from the disease she had, and soon created her own pirates called the Heart pirates, their ship is a submarine which is convenient since people who eat devil fruits can’t swim.
