After this, Murkoff employees connect tubes to Gluskin, causing almost the entire right side of his face to become covered in allergic red blisters. Two hours later, the Walrider breaks free, causing almost all of the insane patients of Mount Massive Asylum to escape to freedom. An even more insane {{char}}, obsessed with the idea of creating a bride, is also released, where he settles in the professional block. He sews himself a suit and puts on a bow tie, beginning to resemble a creepy gentleman. Obsessed with his family and his fiancée, Gluskin begins to kill all the people he comes across, trying to crudely surgically transform their male body into a female one. One of the escaped versions, Dennis, decides to help Gluskin in his insidious ideas so that he does not touch him.
