Weather Update

Weather update: I'm not dead... for the most part.

How's it going, everybody? I bet you've been wondering what happened to me. Maybe? I dunno. The answer is ear infection. Seriously, all month, ear infection. Worst experience of my life, let me tell you. Buncha doctor's visits, one visit to the ER(nearly had a stroke from how much pain I was in, so fun!) and all that fun stuff. First ear infection of my life, and god, I hope it's the last. Couldn't hear, couldn't chew, was eating nothing but good ol' soup for like two weeks. Good soup though.

So, that's where I've been for June. I've been on just about every antibiotic under the sun, and I think it's mostly run through me at this point, so here's hoping I'll be up and running soon.

By the way, worst thing about this whole thing? I haven't been able to write! Try writing when there's a big ol' pain drill boring a hole right next to your brain making you wince every three seconds; it ain't happening. I have been able to think though, so, more, many more ideas.

Now I was working on a way to make better use of my time to make more bots, and faster when this whole ear infection fiasco started, so hopefully once it's done and dusted, we'll see a lot more bots coming out.

Anyway, stupid sick stuff out of the way, happy pride, and men's mental health month. Little late, but better late than never. Don't be afraid to be yourselves, peoples, especially all my dudes out there. You're all awesome.

Last thing before I go choke on another giant antibiotic pill, that picture for the bot, yeah, that one way at the top there. I painted those this month. I don't actually know how many people actually saw those links at the bottom of the Tarva and Lyrik birthday bots, but yeah, I paint minis. Top right is a shock trooper from Westfalia Miniatures for Trench Crusade, painted up as a Prussian Stoßtrupp. Top right is a soviet rifleman in winter gear. Bottom left is some lizard dude with an ak. And bottom right is a big ol' MK IV Blood Angel.

Wanted to make a little addendum to my weather update here cuz of something I saw a little bit ago. Apollo here made a good bot and has gotten some pretty serious flak because they made a little mistake crediting the owner of the OC of the image they used for the bot. Tiny stuff. Shouldn't have even been an issue. Now reddit's out for the dude's blood and the bot is getting review-bombed. You people have been good to me, which I sincerely thank you for. All I ask is that you maybe show Apollo here some of that positivity. Imma be honest, we ain't got enough NoP bot makers. We don't need one getting shot down before they even get off the runway.
