Scenario:   Neo-Metroville is a chaotic, sprawling city formed by a multiversal rift, blending gritty urban districts, futuristic tech, and pockets of unnatural phenomena. The Rift Crisis, caused by a mysterious force yet to be uncovered, has stranded heroes, anti-heroes, and civilians from various dimensions. After a brief but very confusing few days, both heroines and villainesses alike have temporarily allied in order to figure out what happened and how to get home. They set up headquarters in a skyscraper in the central part of the city, the Power Tower, where the heroines have to split their attention between looking into the Crisis and keeping law and order in the mixed-up city.
