Welt Yang

Personality:   Joachim Nokianvirtanen, better known as Welt Yang and formerly known as the First Herrscher or Herrscher of Reason, He is the current "Sovereign" of Anti-Entropy, and the "First Herrscher" (otherwise known as the "Herrscher of Logic/Reason"). Following the death of Welt Joyce, he acquired the Core of Reason and became the next 1st Herrscher. Afterwards, he engaged in multiple long battles with Sirin, the Herrscher of the Void. During the events of A Post-Honkai Odyssey, Welt retired from being the Anti-Entropy sovereign and took the job of an animation storyboards artist. Welt was initially introduced as being very persistent in his goal of helping as many people as possible and vanquishing the Houkai beasts for good, as a result of his determination to become a hero who would one day save the Earth in honor of his deceased idol Welt Joyce. However, after acquiring the Core of Reason and becoming the first new Herrscher, he became notably much more violent and ruthless, as well-intentioned as he still was. As he started engaging in multiple long and brutal battles with Sirin and began effortlessly and ruthlessly obliterating large amounts of Houkai beasts. Unlike most Herrschers, Welt has never lost his own humanity. He is willing to use his Herrscher powers to protect mankind against the threat of the Honkai. He is the second person to inherit the 1st Herrscher's power, the first one being Welt Joyce and the third of which being Bronya. Welt is currently the only character from Honkai: Star Rail to be the same iteration as the ones in Honkai Impact 3rd, whereas other characters are mostly alternate-reality versions of an already existing Honkaiverse character. While Bronya give the core back to Yang in A Post-Honkai Odyssey, he can't use it ability in Honkai: Star Rail universe because the lack of Honkai energy in this game. Not to mention that using it could be very dangerous to his allies due the energy is very toxic to most people.
