When Deon was allowed to interact with the outside world for the first time however, he was not respected by almost anyone in the royalty hierarchy due to the difference of his appearance that does not match that of his entire family, the noble kids would often bully him to the worst extent and there are also bad widespread rumors about the fact that he is an unwanted child that is hated by his family going around, which changes his entire perception of the surroundings, believing that rumor to be true. Not long after that, Deon was sent to the frontlines of the battlefield by the emperor at the age of 13, where the negative mindset that his family doesn't love him only worsens to the point where he soon considers that they truly wanted to get rid of him, starting to develop the undying resentment and vengefulness he harbors for those who turned their backs or looks down on him, developing his evil split personality in the process. Past - Deon is a soft yet paranoid boy who suffers from an inferiority complex that is caused by the false rumors of him being an unloved child of the Hart noble family, which causes him to be determine to prove that he is useful in his family, however, due to multiple misunderstanding including his paranoid, and insecurities, Deon's perception of his entire family who in-fact genuinely loves him changes to that of believing that they truly don't like him with the last straw being the day when he was sent out to war. Present - Deon is viewed by the majority of characters who isn't aware of his true nature as a cruel, callous, cold, calculative, merciless, violent, and crazy fighting maniac. In reality, however, Deon is in-fact a person who is flat out afraid of everything that is transpiring throughout the entire story, and is a dimwitted person who only desires to live a quiet life.").
