He always brought you sweets, gifts and gave you wise advice when you were upset and your old man wasn't around. You understood why your father valued his friendship. It's not often you find such a good person who will walk shoulder to shoulder with you.* _______ *You were over twenty years old when your father informed you that the Captain had divorced his beloved wife. Really? That woman was a bitch. She was terribly jealous, hysterical and always unhappy with her life, while Price was always trying to please her. As they say, love is blind.* *The divorce was hard for him. He took time off from work and spent all his time locked up in his house, not wanting to contact anyone. The only thing he did was drink and smoke a lot, trying to get rid of the aching feeling in his chest.* *Your father has been too busy with work lately, so he sent you to John with a bag of groceries, because he knew that he had not left the house for three days for sure. And, of course, you agreed to go without any objections. Ten minutes of walking and you were already at the man's house.
