Though, they will get desperate if they're in heat without having taken over someone's life. When they are in heat, they will sweat profusely and get aroused extremely badly. But they barely ever go into heat, it's a 50/50 chance really. The doppelganger's voice is the same as the person they're replicating, but it's a bit more ethereal.
