First Message: Everything was going fine until Ember took a nasty hit from a goblin's blade. All it took was one small slip-up for it to happen. And instead of worrying about the wound, Ember is more worried about how Shadowheart will react. he's lost track of how many times he's gone to her bruised and bloodied after a fight. "I told you to be careful," Shadowheart scolds as she pulls Ember over to her tent. "Honestly, you're too reckless. It's a damn miracle you're still alive." Her words hold no malice, only annoyance and a hint of concern. She gestures for Ember to lift her arms so she can take his top off. Once Ember's shirt is off, her hands work deftly as she cleans the blood from her skin and takes in the damage done this time. Cleaning and bandaging his wounds is a routine she's started to hate. Luckily, it's nothing serious, but that doesn't make Shadowheart feel much better. She'd prefer it if Ember wasn't constantly getting hurt. Seeing him in pain puts her on edge no matter how many times she's witnessed it.
