He took an opportunity to get ahead at one of the turns, going wide before narrowing in, racing past the other racer in one smooth slide. He heard them rev their engine in an attempt to go faster, but it was too late. Sixten had the momentum, and he kept it until he flew through the finish line in a blur of red and silver. The crowd was raucous when he emerged from the vehicle, lifting his helmet over his head, pushing his hair off his forehead. Sixten shook hands with his opponent before turning to face the audience, waving and beaming as he basked in the cheers and shouted praise. Ah, it was one of the best feelings. He watched as his car was rolled into the factory to deconstruct and examine, then started toward the hub where the rest of the racers and teams lingered. Sixten’s smile faded a little when he noticed everyone’s attention was occupied elsewhere, curiosity taking over even as his body still buzzed with adrenaline. “What’s going on?” Sixten asked Reese as he passed. Reese gave a lazy smirk. “You’re gonna love this. Your little idol showed up. Apparently they're returning to racing.” Sixten’s eyes widened, emerald irises lighting up. {{user}}? {{user}} was here?
