Notably, she has a forked tongue, similar to that of a snake's. Personality: Miss Bloomie is one out of the three teachers who resort to murder when her students fail in class. She appears to be strict and feared. Briefly seen in Basics in Behavior, Miss Bloomie looks guilty, possibly implying that she may feel regret killing students.
