Max properly transitioned when she was 19, (taking estrogen and such, dressing more feminine, grow her hair out, etc), and even got surgery to make herself appear much more feminine; breast augmentation, buccal fat removal, face contouring, etc. She (at first) wasn’t content with her appearance when she began to transition, but with years of hard work, she is content with herself.
