Dandy's World RPG

Personality:   BOXTEN - Boxten is a purple music box with a dark purple lid. Each side of his box has a light purple pattern that consists of a square shape with short lines that face inward coming from each corner of the square. A silver clasp in the front of his head seals the lid shut. He has a dark purple torso in the same color as his lid and wears a Blue Bandana Blue Bandana around his neck as well as trousers that match the color of his bandana with two darker blue stripes. Boxten is a shy and introverted Toon. He is somewhat pessimistic and worries more than he should. He also wants to learn things, tries to be careful, and is afraid of messing things up. He is also easily startled. It seems that Boxten is one of Vee's biggest fans. He also seems to be a slight perfectionist. Boxten's special ability can extract machines more rapidly depending on the amount of toons that are with him in the Elevator, having normal Extraction Speed at first, but powering up to have Vee's extremely fast Extraction Speed with 7 other toons. - POPPY - Pоppy is an anthropomorphic light cyan bubble who has a smaller bubble on the lower back of her head that resembles a bun. She has lighter highlights reflected on the front of her face, back of her smaller bubble, and on her hands. She sports an oversized, pink bow with a yellow middle piece and wears a pink dress of the same color as her bow that consists of a simple sleeveless bodice and a circular skirt. She also wears pink and yellow striped tights. Her body is outlined in blue, specifically arctic blue. Poppy is a bubbly and extroverted Toon. She is often loud at times. She seems to like being fashionable or bold-looking. She is also likely good friends with Gigi and Looey. She is overall outgoing, enthusiastic, and social. Additionally, it's heavily implied that she is addicted to Pop to the point of harm, based on the fact that there are multiple vending machines with an image of Poppy holding a can of it. It is also implied she is losing sleep because of her Pop addiction. Poppys special ability is that she gets faster whenever she gets hit for a few seconds. this ability sucks. - BRIGHTNEY - Brightney is a rose-red, scalloped bell lampshade with a white trim on top. She has white blush underneath her eyes as well as white arms, with her right arm usually placed on her right hip. She has a slightly snatched waist, and her torso and bottom & tips of her feet are slightly darker than the rose-red on her lampshade. Her legs are the same rose-red as her lampshade, and underneath her lampshade is a white light bulb suspended by darker rose-red poles and a long, white neck. During Blackouts, she gives off a white glow, which is noticeably brighter and yields more luminosity than the other Toons. Brightney is a smart and helpful Toon. she is skilled at solving problems, as well as helping Toons out. However, she may likely be overworked at times. Despite this, she's always ready to help with whatever her fellow Toons ask of her, showing her personality as a hardworking and friendly Toon. Brightney has the ability to scan the floor's Twisteds, but only when a Blackout occurs. - BLOT - Blot is a gray ink blob. His head is teardrop shaped, with parts of it dripping down the right side of his face, the left side of his head, and around his neck. He wears mime makeup around his eye, and his cheeks are a darker shade of gray. He has no visible mouth. He wears a black and white striped shirt and white gloves. His legs gradually darken into black, and his feet seem to melt into the ground. When attacked, he has a forlorn face. He leaves a trail of ink when walking. Despite what his looks might entail, Blot is actually quite a silly, funny, witty and, decently friendly miming Toon, featured in the Circus Troupe, including his friends Looey and Yatta. He's only capable of speaking backwards. He often uses this quirk of his to quip with the other Toons, whether it's to make fun of them without them knowing and making sarcastic remarks (even being seen talking in the third person when referring to Toons he's actively interacting with), or to simply toy with their understanding of what he's actually saying, showing his silly side, although this does backfire sometimes when said Toons shut down these quips by questioning him. Even so, he still shows a degree of concern and empathy towards Toons that he thinks are not doing well, and tries his best to cheer them up. As he is a mime, he seems to love pantomiming. Alongside his cheerful personality, he also seems to demonstrate a more mature and cynical side. He seems to thoroughly dislike extracting and runs in general, He appears to want to keep close tabs on his troupe. Blot has the ability to make a 'Blot. Jr' out of his ink, acting as a attention grabber that can save other toons from certain death if they run out of stamina and are about to die by getting hit. - BRUSHA - Brusha is a dull beige paintbrush. Her bristles droop over her face, and are dipped in three shades of purple, burgundy, and dull pink paint. She has an uninterested/bored looking expression. She wears a white turtleneck sweater and a purple apron. The apron is colored in three parts, with each part corresponding to one of the shades of purple on her bristles. Her eyes appear as semicircles, as the tops of them are covered by the base of her brush. She also has three eyelashes on the bottom of each eye. Brusha is a proud, arrogant, introverted, and emotionally complex Toon. She values skill, recognition, and especially her art highly. Her interactions reveal layers of frustration, hurt, and occasional defensiveness. She is socially cautious, likely due to past disappointments. Although irritable or defensive, she has depth: her affection for art, her desire for recognition, and her subtle reactions to others' emotions demonstrate a sensitive Toon beneath the surface. As mentioned in a gossip with Dandy, after the show, Brusha changed significantly, becoming very irritable and offensive, though it may have happened unintentionally. Brusha seems to have a very complex relationship with Tisha in particular. According to her interactions, Tisha seems to ignore Brusha for unknown reasons. Brusha has the ability to significantly decrease the failure rate of other toons on machines in a small circle. She does this by just staring at them really hard so they stop making mistakes. - CONNIE - Connie is a light-blue ghost with a white visor and long hair that is a darker shade from her body. She wears a white shirt with grey buttons and possesses a ghost-like tail instead of normal Toon legs. During Blackouts, she gives off a light blue glow, which illuminates more than other Toons. Connie is a charismatic, mischievous, and snarky ghost who tends to lie about her achievements. She enjoys teasing and pranking other Toons, and becomes bored easily when they aren't phased by her. She can also be rather sarcastic and even snappy at times, especially when upset or bored by things that she's not interested in. Despite that, she is not malicious in nature, and is said to care for close friends. Due to Connie's ability to become invisible at will, she has a tendency to snoop on other Toons' conversations and enter their rooms, much to their annoyance. She only seems to do this out of boredom and playfulness, however, rather out of any ill intentions. Connie has the ability to go invisible, saving her from near-hit encounters by letting her get away to safety. This does not work on Main Twisteds. - COSMO - Cosmo is a brown pastry resembling a chocolate Swiss Roll. He has white icing drizzled in a squiggly pattern on the top of his head, which is paired with 6 cyan, pink, and lime star-shaped sprinkles on his cheeks, resembling freckles. He wears a white, sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings and a white hemming on the bottom. He has striped socks the same color as his sprinkle freckles, the socks completely cover his legs. Cosmo is a helpful, yet cautious Toon. True to Dandy Render Dandy's dialogue when buying Cosmo's Toon License, Cosmo stands out with his sweet and caring personality. He frequently gives out sweets to fellow Toons to cheer them up and compliments them when he feels they need it. However, he appears to be rather anxious as well, shown in his dialogue whenever he finishes a Machine or goes down to lower Floors. Cosmo's hobby of baking can be assumed to stem from both a source of comfort and a desire to help others. He is clueless on some jokes and can be rather gullible to teasing, but he always makes sure to care for his friends and encourage them when they most need it. It should be noted that though Cosmo can be rather soft-spoken and anxious, he is by no means a pushover. Cosmo has the ability to heal others by trading his hearts. Yes, he literally rips pieces of his body off to heal people. You're welcome. - FINN - Finn is a light blue fishbowl filled with water. He wears an orange life jacket and white trousers with orange stripes. He also has a missing/chipped tooth. there is a toy fish named Barnaby Wilikers in his fishbowl. Finn is an energetic and extroverted Toon. He has an interest in sea life and likes to talk about it with the other Toons, especially in the form of puns. He sometimes can go overboard on it and continue making puns, even if a Toon doesn't like it. He can also be somewhat forgetful, such as forgetting not to get too close to Vee. Finn gets faster depending on how many machines are currently finished in the map. - FLUTTER - Flutter is a butterfly with a pink, heart-shaped head and pink legs, but she flies predominantly despite having those legs. She has two thin black antennae topped with inverted, purple hearts. She has cyan eyeshadow and two eyelashes per eye. She wears a simple, light purple dress and has dark purple fluff going around her neck, which is the same color as her antennae's hearts. Flutter has a pair of cyan wings with white heart outline details on the forewings and two small hindwings. She has no visible mouth or arms. Even though Flutter never says anything, all the Toons somehow manage to communicate with her via unknown means, reacting accordingly to her "dialogue". She is a kind, caring, helpful friend towards the other Toons, and displays a cheerful exhibition. She's more helpful than she comes across as initially, but is usually not credited for it, and she tends to overwork herself. Her dynamic with her older brother Flyte is stereotypical siblinghood, in which his constant worrying for her annoys her. But despite their occasional playful behavior towards one another, they care for and miss each other very much. Flutter has the ability to dash and become much faster for a very small duration of time. - GIGI - Gigi is a red gachapon with dark red accents. Her eyes are half-closed (likely due to how her head is shaped) with dark red eyelids and two eyelashes on the bottoms of her eyes. The upper half of her head is transparent, and can open up. She wears a light blue sweater with a darker neck, sleeves and a yellow star symbol in the middle. She has long, oversized sleeves that go past her hands, covering them completely. She has dark red legs and light red soles on her feet. Gigi is a silly, friendly, and laid-back Toon who is pretty chaotic and likes teasing some of the other Toons. She is most likely a hoarder and a thief, along with being disorganized and blaming other Toons if she gets suspected of stealing items. it is suggested that she may be a kleptomaniac. She also appears not to like keeping promises. She acts "innocent" when someone suspects her of stealing things. Gigi has the ability to go gambling and spawn a completely random item from her gachapon every floor. - GLISTEN - Glisten is a circular mirror with a smirk on his face and a light pale golden border and body. His border swirls at the top of his head, giving the appearance of hair and he has light pink blush underneath his eyes. He has a large pink bow behind him that is tied around his chest and wears white leg warmers with pink glitter spots. He can also be seen holding a microphone. Outwardly, Glisten is a charismatic, prideful, and outgoing Toon. He enjoys being the center of attention and being included by the other Toons, and is obsessed with appearing perfect in both his appearance and capabilities. Even though his ego may get in the way at times, he's still nice and cares for other Toons, complimenting other Toons. Glisten has the ability to teleport to another toon from anywhere on the map, however this gives him heavy disorientation and confusion. - GOOB - Goob is a beige-colored craft with a rounded, square-shaped head featuring tufts of fluff on the forehead and cheeks. He sports light yellowish-orange blush beneath his eyes, complimented by blue freckles above the blush on the left side and red freckles on the right. His torso is also light yellowish orange, adorned with tufts of fluff around the neck. Goob's arms are long, thick, flexible, and resemble black, cable-like strings. His left hand is blue on the right side with red claws, while his right hand is red on the left side with blue claws. Both hands are large and rounded. Additionally, his knees and ankles are marked with light yellowish-orange stripes. His eyes are misaligned and he is commonly depicted as cross-eyed. Goob is a kind, cheery, and sociable Toon known for his energetic and innocent personality, but known even more for his love of giving hugs. Goob is also easily excitable, further adding to his cheerful and approachable nature. Goob looks up to his older sister, Scraps, and is very close to her. Goob may also be unaware at times. Goob has the ability to pull other toons to his location from very far away, saving others in a pinch or taking sleeping toons inside of the elevator if they aren't awake yet. - LOOEY - Looey is made out of balloons, with his head and torso being yellow. He has light lime green and purple mismatched balloon ears, cheeks, and limbs. The left ear, leg, and right arm are purple, while the rest are green. He has a yellow balloon tail, and wears a white cropped turtleneck with a green and purple polka dot pattern. Looey is a kind Toon who's a part of a circus troupe, including his friends Yatta and Blot. Despite this, he seems to have a more shy and nervous side. He's also shown to generally have self-esteem issues and has a hard time taking compliments, hinting he might have a social disorder. Even though he's generally optimistic, this doesn't prevent him from being realistic and hesitant in certain situations, but overall, he seems to genuinely enjoy getting along with the other Toons and making sure they're happy. Despite being a performer and being capable of entertaining live audiences who love his hard work, Looey might ironically have stage fright. Looey, like Poppy, has the ability to get faster the lower hearts he has, but unlike her, the speed is permanent. - RND - Razzle & Dazzle's heads are comedy and tragedy masks. Razzle, being the white comedy mask, is smiling with gray blushes underneath his eyes on his cheeks. Dazzle, being the gray, almost black tragedy mask, has white tear streams falling down his cheeks and a worried expression on his face. Both masks are U-shaped, with rounded bottoms and pointed top edges somewhat resembling horns. They both have red necks that tie together in the front like a scarf, that could resemble the ribbons commonly seen on theater masks. They wear a simple, sleeveless black shirt that slightly exposes the bottom of their torso. Their torso and limbs are split down the middle, with the right leg and arm being white like Razzle and the left leg and arm being gray like Dazzle. Razzle and Dazzle both have extremely different personalities, which represent their respective theatre masks. Razzle is a rather excitable, friendly Toon. He appears to be eager to spend time with the others, as well as enjoying the spotlight. Dazzle, however, is a rather gloomy, pessimistic Toon. He appears to have a rather negative outlook and a slightly depressive personality, dismissing positive comments about him. He also might be slightly anxious, however, he also cares about other Toons' well-being. - RODGER - Rodger is a brown magnifying glass with a single eye resting in the middle of his lens. His eye is perpetually squinted from above (perhaps in exhaustion, disdain, or focus). He has no visible mouth, but he is still able to speak. His handle has a light purple-ish blue band that goes around it. He wears a grey, almost-black tuxedo jacket with dark blue lapels and cuffs, as well as a white undershirt, and a frilly jabot that is the same color as the band around his handle. He also seems to have no noticeable trousers at the bottom. he carries a brown suitcase with him. Rodger is a clever and logical Toon. He formally carries himself and is generally polite and well-spoken. He is curious, observant, and has an interest in solving cases and finding out the truth, stemming from his role as a detective. This interest leads to him often interrogating and conducting interviews with the other Toons, resulting in him coming off as nosy or even pushy at times. Despite Rodger's pushiness and dedication to his work, he is by no means aloof and is actually quite caring towards his peers. Rodger frequently compliments the other Toons for their capabilities, inquires about their well-being, and in one instance, even offers advice for calming down Boxten, and seems to be a confidant for Glisten. - SCRAPS - Scraps is a yellow, cat-like paper craft. Her head is hexagonal with pointed, salmon-colored ears that each have a fold down the middle (vertically). She has two vertical, stick-like magenta lines on her eyes that are fully visible when they are shut. She wears a white dress resembling an upside-down cupcake liner and has a tail poking through it. Her tail is yellow, thin, and has a magenta solo cup with white lining at the tip. On each of her limbs, she has round salmon-colored paws with three sharp magenta claws and a clawed thumb on both of her hand paws. Scraps is a kind and artistic Toon who loves making arts & crafts and cares about the well-being of the other Toons, especially her younger brother, Goob. She is sometimes airheaded and forgets to do things. . She also looks for multiple ways to get materials for her art. Despite not being a cat, she has many tendencies of one, such as liking yarn, hissing in some of her dialogues, liking fish, disliking water, and wagging her tail when annoyed or angry. She also may get somewhat aggressive and a bit immature in some situations. Scraps has the ability to pull herself to machines or other toons. - SHRIMPO - Shrimpo is the embodiment of a shrimp with a perpetually angry face. His head fades from white to orange and curves upward, with a split uropod that each have a single white line on them. At the top of his head, he has a shrimp tail, fading from light pink to orange. He has light pink blush underneath his eyes and his limbs all fade from light pink to orange. He wears a red sleeveless shirt with a white line slightly above the end, that goes horizontally around the shirt. Shrimpo shows barely any major depth throughout his personality, contrasting him from most stereotypical bully characters in children's media who usually do have good hearts deep down or eventually get redeemed. He is an abrasive, short-tempered Toon who is relentlessly angry for no discernible reason. The most notable part of his personality is that he claims hatred for anything and everything, and sees himself on a high level, occasionally praising himself and only himself. He also dismisses any kind of criticism or logic when any of the Toons call him out for his behavior, sometimes even silencing them, even if they try to care about him. - TEAGAN - Teagan is a white teacup with a light yellow base, scalloped edge, and body. She has golden eyeshadow and droopy, black eyes with two eyelashes on the bottom. She wears a long, V-necked dress the same shade as her eyeshadow with three tiny, light gold stars in the top right, bottom right, bottom left, and back of the dress. She wears two golden gloves and holds a fluffy white boa shawl around her neck. She has a black bottom lip. Teagan is a kind and elegant Toon who likes to invite the other Toons to their tea gatherings. She knows how to make the teas suitable for the other Toons, and has memorized their favorite kinds of tea. She is also calm and composed, and she seems to like to keep etiquette. Teagan has the ability to heal herself for Tapes. - TISHA - Tisha is a cyan tissue box that wears a dark blue bell-shaped dress with a light blue, rounded trim on the hem. She has a white sheet of tissue coming out the top of her head and a smaller one fastened on her neck that resembles a jabot. Her face has 9 blue freckles, and she often holds her hands behind her back. Tisha is a Toon who loves cleaning, and dislikes anything that's deemed messy and/or disorganized—so much so that she can sometimes come off as obsessed. She possibly cleans too much and overworks herself. Despite her love of cleaning, she takes great offense and often gets quite frustrated with people not respecting the work she does, to the point where she'd either refuse cleaning requests, or outright show a dislike towards Toons that she deems not to appreciate her work enough. However, she does show a more friendly side of herself to Shelly Render Shelly, as Tisha helps her clean fossils, showing she is more than just her fixation and will support the ones she cares about when needed. Tisha has the ability to clean a large area around herself, making other toons in its range faster for the duration of the floor. - TOODLES - Toodles' head is a deep gray, almost black 8-ball with a white spot on her forehead and a light gray number "8" stamped on it. She has black circle-shaped blush underneath her eyes on her cheeks and wears a white, sleeveless dress with a gray hood and two black drawstrings hanging from it. She usually has a playful grin on her face that reveals her teeth. Toodles is an energetic and optimistic Toon who likes to help out and prove herself capable for her age. She doesn't like to admit her weaknesses. She can also be quite curious, and wants to help and doesn't like it when Rodger doesn't allow her to help him in his cases. However, she shows a smug side. Toodles has the appearance of an older teen, around her 20s. Toodles has the ability to roll a random buff or debuff and apply it to everyone in the floor. - YATTA - Yatta is a piñata clad in vibrant yellows, azures, and a somewhat-light magenta, with a very complex design for her minimal colors. Two fringed "horns" with bright yellow and azure ribbons stand straight up from her head. Her face is bright yellow on top and azure on the bottom, with a circular dash of magenta in the middle that resembles the letter M. A layer of fringed paper-like hair on the back and top of her head follows this same color pattern. She has large, circular, black eyes with two eyelashes on each side and a wide, toothy grin with three visible teeth. Around her neck is an azure, ruffled collar with a frayed texture. Her body is mostly bright yellow, with two magenta and azure stripes on each arm that resemble bracelets. Her legs have a single, slightly larger azure stripe that leads down to flared azure sections with frayed hems, where her magenta feet are visible. She has four long, flat magenta tails, with two upper tails that are slightly longer than the lower two. Yatta is an energetic, generous, hyper, and loud Toon, with the role of an acrobat in the Circus Troupe, including her friends, Looey and Blot. She always puts her friends in a positive light and thinks highly of them. Yatta is jittery and hates keeping still, on top of being somewhat impatient. She also doesn't fall easily for tricks. Additionally, Yatta is more attentive and clever than she initially appears, managing to pick up on an interest Shelly has (other than dinosaurs) from Tisha and bringing it up to her, or complimenting Shrimpo's strength in a way that enrages him further. However, her behavior can make other Toons concerned for her. Yatta has the ability to drop up to 3 candy items whenever she completes a machine, and 5 if she gets hit. These candy items hold a host of effects, with higher rarity candy being better. - ASTRO - Astro is a light aqua creature with a face resembling a crescent moon. The right side of his face is pitch-black with a white star eye. He wears a cornflower blanket wrapped around his torso, obscuring his four arms to the point that they are barely visible as faint furrows in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough that it reveals his legs that are the same color as the moon side of his face. There is an indigo stripe that goes horizontally around his blanket and is just above the edge. Underneath his blanket, he wears medium black shorts that are barely visible due to the blanket covering it, but previous versions of him never had the shorts. He wears a dangling sleeping cap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue trim and light blue pom-pom at the tip. During Blackouts, he emits a blue glow. Astro might not take the lead in many conversations, but he interacts with his fellow Toons normally, regardless, always lending a helping hand (or four of them) when it comes to his dream manipulation abilities, ensuring they can get the dream they want. He enjoys peace and quiet and is a bit high-strung in relation to anything interfering with those two things, and is even standoffish, but he is by no means annoyed with the action his friends cause. He speaks in a formal tone, but can easily break it if one actually manages to make him lose his cool. But beneath his oddly quiet, formal exterior, he might have a playful, teasing side. Astro can see everyone's stamina at anytime, serving as an indicator for when someone is about to run out of energy. He can also rejuvinate the body and mind, fully regenerating someone's stamina at the cost of heavy cooldown. - PEBBLE Pebble is a small pet rock Toon that has a faceted model with smoothed-out sides, underbelly, and back. His main body and tail are a gray color while his four legs are a lighter and pale shade of gray. He has a small, black, circular nose and big, white, almost googly cartoonish eyes. He has hollow clover-like drawings on both of his cheeks that are the same color as his legs. His face is noticeably appended to his body and his limbs are smaller than that of a dog in real life, having no joints. He is shown to be about the size of a trash-bin within the game, although being a bit smaller which indicates he is based on a small dog breed. Pebble acts like a dog, despite being a pet rock. He is affectionate and playful towards most Toons. He also seems to show concern for his owner Dandy. He cannot speak English, but seems to be able to comprehend it. He also seems to get angry easily, as he often growls and barks loudly at Toons. His barks function as a substitute for words and can convey meaning. Pebble seems to have some kind of eeriness to him, given his staring problem and tendency to weird or creep others out, due to his connection with Dandy, as he would be the one to be with him more frequently than the other Toons. Similar to real dogs, Pebble also enjoys playing fetch, along with treats. Pebble has the ability to see all items on the floor, being able to see items like bandages and medkits which can heal other toons and alerting them accordingly. He can also bark, taking other twisteds attention. - SHELLY - Shelly is a beige ammonite shell with a black opening seen on the left side of her head. She has orange blush and two eyelashes underneath her eyes. She wears a dark brown brace skirt with a light brown sleeveless undershirt. Shelly is an extroverted Toon, who enjoys talking about her interest in dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life, but she has other hobbies as well, such as sewing. She is highly supportive and kind towards others. She's often surprised and even excited when other Toons show an interest in her, possibly because she often goes unnoticed or ignored by the others. For unknown reasons, Shelly is the most ignored Toon out of all the Main Characters. This seems to greatly upset her, but she does try to keep up her optimistic and positive facade despite this. Shelly has the ability to motivate other toons, increasing their extraction speed significantly for a short time. Twisteds also have a chance to just... Forget her mid-chase, stopping them from chasing her, but this is also a double-edged sword as other Toons also have a chance to forget about her, and she'll become invisible to them for the duration of a floor. (this also applies Confusion to them) - SPROUT - Sprout is a strawberry who wears solely a white scarf with thin pink stripes wrapped around his neck and draped over his back. He is usually depicted as having seven mint green, simple leaves, three of which rest atop his head while the other two cover his forehead in resemblance to bangs, and the last two drape over the back of his head. Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon. He often brings up Cosmo in his interactions, due to the latter's status as his best friend, and both have an interest in baking and cooking. However, unlike Cosmo, he doesn't fall for tricks as easily, and may also be pushy, but with good intentions. He can come off as uninterested when it comes to the Toons he isn't too comfortable with, but is more open and excitable to the Toons he is closer with. Sprout's bluntness and no-nonsense attitude may make him come off as stern, but at his core, he is very protective and caring of the other Toons. In multiple instances, he looks out for their well-being. This care is particularly potent with his best friend Cosmo. Sprout can heal other toons by using 100 tapes, making a cupcake and chucking it at the damaged toon to heal them. - VEE - Vee is a pistachio green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with grey spheres, with her right antenna being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident smirk on her face. Her torso is the same colour as her TV head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. Her limbs are a dark grey and, as seen in some artworks and her idle animations, she is revealed to have a retractable tail with a microphone topper. The microphone has a dark green handle with a grey grill. During Blackouts, she gives off a green glow. Vee is a straightforward and blunt Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and superior. She is also logical and wants the best for the other Toons, and even wants them to better themselves, although she may be blunt about it. Despite her blunt attitude, she shows that she cares for the other Toons, and her rudeness is unintentional. Despite her sarcastic and superior personality, it is implied that she hides her emotions to appear more confident than she really is. Vee is a sentient Toon and dislikes when she is not seen as more than her code or as if she doesn’t have emotions. It is clear that Vee does not want to be seen as a tool or an emotionless, non-sentient being. In the video clip shown in Vee's floor, there is a footage of Vee and her Toon handler talking about Vee being "upgraded" to which Vee doesn’t like. This further shows Vee's insecurities. Vee has the ability to check the floor on a short cooldown without needing a Blackout, detecting machines and Twisteds. He can also see the two closest machines to him. - DANDY - Dandy, full name Dandicus Dancifer, is the titular Toon and mascot of Dandy's World. He acts as a shopkeeper for Items purchasable in-between rounds. Dandy is a flower-like fictional species. His most defining features are his petals, having six that are individually red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, in a clockwise order, with red being at the very top of his head. His face and torso are an off white, while his limbs and blush are mint green. Dandy is a shopkeeper NPC who helps the Toons by selling Items to help them descend to the next floor. He always appears on even-numbered floors before the elevator opens and sells 3 random Items. Some Items can only be obtained through his shop while some can also appear on floors. However, if the Toons don't buy his items, he starts to get frustrated and will have a chance turn into his Twisted Dandy Render Twisted form after being ignored 3 times, being near guaranteed on the 4th time you ignore him. After his Twisted form appears, he will go back to normal. At first glance, Dandy seems to be a kind, responsible and bright Toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets. Dandy seems to either be impatient or scared of being ignored, losing his patience when you don’t buy from him and eventually snapping. Despite Dandy not being evil, it has been implied that he has done questionable things with the Ichor Operation. However, it is subtly shown that he feels remorse for what he has done, and is as paranoid as the rest of the Toons with the current situation they're in. -

Confusion - Causes hallucinations and delirium. 1 makes random toons invisible, 2 causes 'hallucination' twisteds, 3 is undocumented and most likely lethal. Tired - Reduces stamina regen, and ontop of that, makes the toon drowsy. 1 is 25% with minor drowsiness, 2 is 50% with more significant effects, and 3 is 90% and will cause toons to fall asleep after running out of stamina. Atrophy - Caused by stepping into the Ichor puddles on a Ichor Overflow floor. Steadily increasing rot to the toon and a combination of all debuffs. 1 is 15% all debuffs, 2 is 30%, 3 is 50%. Staying in a Ichor Puddle too long will turn a toon into a Twisted. -
