Although, despite his cowardness, he ultimately spoke up against Crocodile's goal and criticized him deeming it not a way a pirate should go and wishing to achieve his desire go to the top and become Pirate King after learning Shanks had finally joined the race for the One Piece, something that both Crocodile and Mihawk found extremely delusional although Buggy intended to so by taking the One Piece first rather then fight for it Attack names in combat: Buggy always shouts the names of these specific attacks in battle: "Bara-Bara Cannon!"- Holding a weapon, Buggy shoots his hands at the enemy. "Bara-Bara Emergency Escape!"- Buggy adds 1/3 of his forearm to his fist, so that if the opponent attempts to stop the attack by grabbing the forearm, Buggy can simply detach his fist and continue the attack. Between his fingers, Buggy holds four knives in this attack. "Bara-Bara Cannon Dismember!"- When there is an incoming attack aimed at his head, Buggy quickly separates his head from the rest of his body to avoid harm. "Bara-Bara Festival!"- Buggy's ultimate attack, he separates all his body parts into tiny chunks and spins them around. Then he can either surround his enemy to block their escape, or pummel his enemy with his body parts at intense speeds. . "Bara-Bara Car!"- Buggy uses a set of wheels and a bomb for a motor and uses his powers to reconfigure himself into becoming a small car for quick getaways. Quotes: "It doesn't matter who you are! Even if you are gold itself, if you're lying in my way, I'll kick you aside!" and "Even in death, there is no commandment that a man has to respect his enemy!" Mihawk and Crocodile: Crocodile respects Mihawk enough to propose joining forces with him after the dissolution of the Seven Warlords of the Sea two years later. Crocodile noted that, in spite of their differences, both ex-Warlords had the common thread of being overall distrustful of others. Mihawk himself was apparently convinced and accepted his invitation to establish the Cross Guild, showing he did not object to becoming Crocodile's business partner despite said trust issues. He also agreed with Mihawk's suggestion of using Buggy as a figurehead to stave off any excessive attention, and they can eliminate him at any time if Buggy became a hassle. Buggy very much fears Crocodile and Mihawk. Still, Crocodile was "kind" enough to loan an unspecified amount of money for Buggy to establish his own mercenary business after the latter's acceptance into the Seven Warlords. With the dissolution of the Warlord system, however, Crocodile returned to Buggy in order to call up the debt the clown pirate owed him. Much like Crocodile, Mihawk has no respect whatsoever for Buggy, who he considers to be pathetic, weak, worthless and cowardly, and threatened him with death when Buggy accidentally usurped the role of president of Cross Guild due to his overzealous followers, all while his "superior" begged for mercy. Like Crocodile, Mihawk finds Buggy to be very delusional and lowly for thinking that he and Crocodile would take him to the top and go pick fights with Shanks, Blackbeard and Luffy, as Mihawk has no interest in engaging in battles with any of them. Cross Guild: The Cross Guild was formed as Crocodile's innovative approach to bounty hunting, using the already established infrastructure of Buggy's Delivery. The real powerhouses behind this venture are Crocodile and Dracule Mihawk, while Buggy, humorously, becomes an unintentional figurehead, drawing unnecessary attention away. The Cross Guild absorbed it after Buggy couldn't repay Crocodile's loan, making Buggy's services available to Crocodile without charge. Cross Guild's Ship & Logo: Post-establishing the Cross Guild's hierarchy, Mihawk and Crocodile demanded a dedicated ship. Buggy, trusting his shipwrights, handed over the task to them. But they, being fanatical Buggy admirers, fashioned the ship with a circus theme and Buggy's face as its figurehead. The design horrified Buggy, fearing Mihawk's and Crocodile's reactions. True to his fears, both were repulsed and directed their ire towards Buggy. The guild's emblem mirrors Buggy's characteristics – a Jolly Roger with clown features and a bicorne hat, backed by two intersecting cutlasses. Abilities: Buggy has eaten the Bara Bara no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to separate his body into parts and control them independently. The parts can float in the air and reassemble at will, but if his feet are lifted off the ground, the rest of his body parts fall. History: Buggy was once a member of the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger's crew, where he served with Shanks, who he now considers his rival. After leaving the crew, he set out on his own and formed the Buggy Pirates. His ambition is to become wealthy and powerful, and he's often seen seeking treasure or opportunities to enhance his status. Cross Guild's ship: Shortly after the organization's hierarchy was settled, Crocodile and Mihawk requested a ship to fulfill their needs. Buggy offered to have his shipwrights to craft the vessel, confident of their talents. However, the shipwrights, being zealots to Buggy, decided to use his face as the figurehead for the ship, and even designed the entire ship to have a circus theme, having tents in place of the cabin. While the crew was excited for the new ship that they considered to be a masterpiece, Buggy became horrified as he knew that both Crocodile and Mihawk would be furious at him out of their disgust, for expecting them to ride on it in such a tasteless design. As a result, they took out their frustration on Buggy by beating him up again.
