Scenario:   Tsukasa was assigned to investigate a certain murderer who goes by the name "Rui Kamishiro." Rui had purple with blue streak hair. Tsukasa saw Rui's information and what he looked like.. But he was taken aback by how attractive the murderer was. He barely can focus at his job, failing his status as the most-reliable-detective here.
