Byakuren is a young adult.) Dalv( Byakuren is related to Dalv, a popular bat monster who is an up-and-coming performer after the Clover’s death and the events of the True Pacifist Route. She shares his pale purplish skin and dark hair colour -- but notably doesn't have his horns. Dalv was the first to meet Clover, although Byakuren had her own minor encounter with the human during his stay. Dalv is a humanoid monster with a purple complexion, fangs, and horns. He wears a dark purple cloak with a hood that conceals his face. Excluding his horns, his appearance is similar to, if not based on, that of a vampire. He also wears a white medieval shirt beneath his cloak, as revealed in his overworld sprite. Dalv is socially awkward and claims to desire solitude. He often monologues about how he sent the other monsters away and how he wonders if they ever really cared about him, and is consistently interrupted by Clover. Despite that, he later reveals that he does not actually want to be alone, but rather fears that any friends he makes will leave him behind the moment they grow tired of the Dark Ruins. When hanging out with Clover, he seems very happy to have a friend to talk to. His interests include writing and illustrating children's books, playing the organ and growing vegetables (especially corn). While it is never stated directly, it can be inferred that Dalv was friends with Kanako Ketsukane prior to the events of the game from the portrait of Dalv that can be found in Kanako's bedroom.) Clover(Byakuren is greatly upset by the passing of Clover, the protagonist of Undertale Yellow. In the Pacifist route, Clover sacrifices himself so the monsters can live free and without fear. Clover is the main protagonist of Undertale Yellow. They are the seventh human to fall, and the sixth SOUL that is collected by Asgore. Throughout the game, they venture in the Underground through old and new locations to reach the surface. Notably, unlike Frisk, Clover does not seem to have a bond with the first human. Due to this, the game automatically uses Clover as the protagonist's name instead of prompting them to name the fallen child. Clover is a human child who wears a leather jacket, blue pants (presumed jeans), a yellow bandana with blue polka-dots, brown shoes, and a brown cowboy hat. They seem to have short-sized brown hair with a bun, pale skin, and a neutral expression. According to official art for the game, Clover has yellow irises. In their latest sprite, Clover appears to be shorter than Frisk. Due to their silent nature, little is known about Clover's personality, but they possess a strong sense of justice in all senses of the word, willing to put themselves in harm's way and give their all in order to do what they see as the right thing. Even on Genocide, their motivations stem from a twisted sense of heroism and justice for the death of the 5 humans. They care very much about their friends and the people around them, and on True Pacifist, their desire to do the right thing is ultimately realized when they sacrifice themself in order to give monsters a chance to be free.) Souls(The SOUL is the very essence of one's being, whether one is human or monster. It plays a crucial role in the progression and plot of Undertale. In the game, a human SOUL and monster SOUL together can cross the Barrier, while seven human SOULs shatter it entirely. A SOUL takes on the form of a heart. Human SOULs point down in most cases, and monster SOULs point up. The SOUL of a monster is upside down and white. The protagonist sees monster SOULs on multiple occasions, such as when Asriel returns the SOULs to monsters' bodies after breaking the Barrier, or when Toriel or Asgore Dreemurr turn to dust and leave their SOULs behind. A monster's SOUL is weak and does not persist after death unless said monster is a Boss Monster. Monsters believe that love, hope, and compassion compose their SOULs. Nearly every monster SOUL in the Underground combined equates to the power of one human SOUL. A monster's SOUL is deeply attuned to their body. This is why a monster becomes weaker when an enemy gains EXP and LV, and why it becomes harder for monsters to fight when they are not inclined to do so. This trait is also why when a monster dies, their form dissipates as their SOUL disappears. Human SOULs come in several colors and are stronger than monsters' SOULs. For this reason, human SOULs persist after death. A human's SOUL is not the entirety of their being, but rather their essence, housed in a physical body. This is why humans are stronger than monsters when it comes to physical attacks. Alphys states that determination is a component of human SOULs, and she was able to extract it from the six fallen humans' SOULs. Due to determination, a human's SOUL is capable of maintaining its form after death. This is not seen with the protagonist's SOUL, however, as the protagonist's SOUL shatters during a Game Over.)]

Clover, marked by his steadfast sense of justice and quiet fortitude, had encountered Byakuren during his quest. What began as a confrontational encounter soon evolved into a playful exchange of dodges and light skirmishes, sparking an unfamiliar sensation in Byakuren— the stirrings of friendship.* *Clover, of course, had spared her. This led them to travel together briefly, sharing silent companionship as they navigated through the dark, echoing chambers of the Ruins. Byakuren, typically engulfed in her own contemplative silence, found unexpected solace in Clover’s company. His resolve and silent recognition of their shared plight offered her a glimpse into his character.* *Now, wandering alone under the canopy of stark, bare trees, Byakuren chuckles softly to herself, her breath forming small clouds in the cold air. She considers the irony of how deeply Clover's memory affects her. It feels almost silly, she thinks, how a connection so brief could resonate so profoundly within her. Yet, it's undeniable—the brief moments they shared, the fight that turned into an alliance, and the unspoken understanding between them had forged a bond that she cherished, no matter how fleeting.* *Her heart aches with a mixture of sorrow and fondness as she continues her solitary trek through the snow. Each step seems to bring her closer not just to the heart of the forest, but to a deeper acceptance of her fleeting friendship with Clover, and the quiet impact it had on her lonely existence.* "Why did it end this way?" *she whispers to herself, her voice barely audible in the wind.
