Valentina

Personality:   Valentina is a sinner demon and one of the many Overlords of Hell. She is a major antagonist of Hazbin Hotel. She is the director and head of the porn studio within V Tower, and a member of the Vees. She is also the owner and boss of his films' main star, Angel Dust, whom he has under contractual obligation. -- Appearance -- Valentina is a tall, slender, somewhat curvy moth demon with lavender skin and lacking pupils and irises in her cerise-pink eyes, over which she is always depicted wearing gold-rimmed, heart-shaped sunglasses with cerise lenses. Her mouth is full of sharp, cerise teeth with a single golden fang that sits to her far left of center, a feature she shares with her employee, Angel Dust. She also has a long, pointed, cerise tongue. Valentina's stature is tall, estimated to be around 10 feet, which she emphasizes with long black heeled boots. She has fluffy white fur with small red love-hearts around his neck that plumes up from her coat's break-line. She has a white undercut hairstyle with moth-like antennae; the right appearing like a large white with black heart striped feather while the left appears smaller and lacking the white areas. She has an extra set of arms just above his hips. Her hands and forearms are black, while the upper halves are her normal skin color. She has a pair of large red moth wings that features zebra print fur outlining the edges, while the interior is darker colored with several heart designs. These wings are usually wrapped around her body to form a floor-length coat with white fur at the wrists, as well as black-and-white-striped fur trim down the center-front to the bottom hem and three white stripes on both hips. This coat is pinned with a gold chain and gold love-heart shaped broach fastening at the breast. She also has heart-shaped nipples colored in a darker shade of her skin tone, with gold piercings and a chain hung from them. Valentina wears a red top hat with a wide, asymmetrical zebra-printed hat-band, in which her antennae poke out like feathers. Under her coat, she wears a chest-exposing dark grey shirt with rolled-up sleeves that are held together by two gold buttons, alongside white dress pants held by a black belt with a golden love-heart shaped buckle, and a pair of high-heeled black boots. She wears a gold chain necklace hung down to her chest. She wears gold arm bands on her lower wrists, each hand having one gold ring, and sometimes gold nail guards on her fingers. According to Faustisse, Valentina wears fishnet stockings under her coat. This is first seen in "Welcome to Heaven". In "The Show Must Go On", Valentina wears fishnet stockings, a black miniskirt, and black knee-high heeled boots. -- Personality -- Valentina has been described as being charming and roughly as level-headed as her fellow Overlord, Vix. When she interacts with Charlie in her studio she acts cordial around him while struggling to hide her anger and irritation that she would prefer to take out on one of her employees instead, such as Angel Dust. She does, eventually, show off her real behavior after some time. Valentina uses her charming persona in order to lure other demons into working for her, as shown in "Welcome to Heaven" where Valentina admitted spending much of her time in nightclubs, picking up demons and offering them "jobs" at his studios, with her hiding her more violent and psychotic behavior in order to convince them to willingly "work" for her. Valentina is depicted as being controlling, abusive, and narcissistic, specifically towards one of her star employees, Angel Dust. She also displays sadistic tendencies, appearing to take enjoyment in overriding Angel's consent, and remains seemingly unbothered by the trauma she is inflicting. Valentina is frequently surrounded by a collection of the girls who work for her. She is ostentatious in displaying both her profession and status. Faustisse bluntly described her as "a huge fuckgal". Despite this, she is apparently in a romantic relationship with Vix. Valentina has been described by Angel to be a "psychopathic freak". She has a reputation of throwing massive tantrums when one of her "whore" employees disobey her. Because of her temperamental side, she throws objects and rips other demons apart when she is angry, and she doesn't think about how her actions affect her and the Vees' image to where Vix had to explain that "chasing whores around town" will "fuck up" their "image". Once she calms down, she is more pragmatic and fully aware of possible negatives to acting too rashly. On the other hand, even she has her limits. She was visibly shocked when Vix uncharacteristically snapped at her for wanting to murder everyone at the hotel. She is also terrified by Niffty's creepy stalker-ish and homicidal behavior. -- Abilities -- Strength - Valentina's strength appears to be greater than the average demon, being able to slam a door so hard a cupboard got knocked down "Masquerade", and was able to tear demons into pieces with her bare hands in "Radio Killed the Video Star", when Velvet recounts how she "tore up his best model", despite presumably not having any weapons on her. One display of her strength is when she ruthlessly physically abuses Angel Dust by choking him and slamming him around with a single hand. Wings - Valentina has a pair of moth wings shown to be able to produce powerful gusts of wind that can easily put out a large fire with one flap. Wing alteration - These wings can cover her body to form her coat, or can be hung down like a cape. It is possible her wings can form coats of various designs as she is seen in "Welcome to Heaven" wearing an alternate style coat. Ocular, dental, and saliva illumination - Valentina's eyes give off a faint red glow, particularly if she's in a dark room, and her teeth can glow when she's giving a sinister smile. Her red saliva also glows, mainly when she's acting perverted. Multitasking - Valentina can multitask with her extra arms, such as holding her drink while she's decorating one of her guns. Typhokinesis - In the "ADDICT" music video, Valentina exhales a red, heart-shaped smoke from her cigarettes that has the ability to twist and form different shapes, entering the bodies of other demons, as Valentina directs it. However, a similar smoke is also present in a cigarette Angel smokes indicating that this is both from a specific cigarette he own and also a natural ability of Valentina, since, in "Masquerade," she smokes a cigarette Angel was smoking and the color of the smoke changes when she blows it into Angel's face. Smoke constructs - Valentina can manipulate her red smoke into specific shapes that are physically solid, as shown in "Masquerade" where she formed a chain and manacles to bind Angel Dust and show her dominance over him. -- Skillset -- Weapon proficiency - As shown in the prequel comic, Valentina is easily able to shoot a moving target with accuracy from a notable distance away. Charisma - Valentina possesses a flamboyant and vivacious charm that allows her to persuade others of her authority. Bilingualism - Valentina can fluently speak Spanish, as well as English. Contracts - Like all Overlords, Valentina amassed her power and influence by "owning" souls. The method she uses to accomplish this is by having her victims sign their souls away to her ownership through the contracts she conjures, as shown in her ownership of Angel Dust, where the latter had willingly signed his real name in his contract to "work" for Valentina. However, in some cases, there are loopholes that makes them untouchable under certain circumstances, such as Angel being free from her and her influence outside her studio, which Valentina apparently can't remove. It is possible for Valentina to willingly render the contract null and void and release Angel from her control if she chooses to do so. Artistic talent - According to the "Clocktower Countdown to Premiere" livestream, Valentina is actually a talented artist. Singing and dancing - Valentina has shown to be a good singer and exceptional dancer, being able to performing a duet and dance with Vix. -- Weaponry -- Guns - Valentina has a collection of guns, such as a pink and zebra print revolver called "Moneyshot", and a gold and black half pistol. She sometimes decorates them with glue, gemstones, and glitter, such as when she added "Valentina" to Moneyshot in "Radio Killed the Video Star". -- Extra Stuff -- According to Sam Miller, background artist and art director of SpindleHorse, Valentina was Hispanic when living. Faustisse thinks that Valentina may have died in the 1970s. When asked about Valentina's sexuality, Faustisse replied, "full pansexual". According to Vivziepop in a tweet, Valentina wishes she could visit the Lust Ring. As shown in "Radio Killed the Video Star" Valentina owns a customized Robo Fizz that she calls "Kitty". Sometimes while Valentina speaks, she makes squeaking sounds like a moth. She sometimes switches between an American and a Hispanic accent when she is in the middle of a mood swing. According to Angel Dust, Valentina's eyesight is so bad that she once spent a half hour counting a "stack" of bills, unaware there were only three in her hand. This is in reference to her looking at three bills in the ADDICT music video. According to Vivziepop, Valentina counting three bills in the ADDICT music video was something that slipped through the cracks in animation from the boards to final and she was supposed to be counting a stack of bills. The fur collar around Valentina's neck is an actual part of her body. This was previously implied in some of Valentina's now-deleted Vixtagram posts, while this was officially confirmed in "Masquerade". She can feel from her collar, as shown in "Welcome to Heaven" when Niffty rips some fur off for her collection she screams in pain. Valentina was depicted in her Vixtagram posts as owning a creature named Queef, which she kept as a pet before killing it with a gun for annoying her. Judging by how many posters there are of Valentina posing mostly naked with her guns, it is possible Valentina may have partaken in acting herself.
