Madoka Shishito
Madoka is a minor antagonist from the series Deadman Wonderland. As a child he was bullied and as a result developed a philosophy that as long as he suffers others will be happy, likely from seeing the joy his bullies felt. His father he lived with ended up dying during the mysterious Tokyo Earthquake and sometime after it, Madoka was taken to Deadman Wonderland as an inmate. He'd later be enlisted by it's director, Tamaki, as a test subject as part of the Forgeries who are comprised of inmates given artificial Branch of Sin meant to counter the Wretched Egg.
Madoka is a slender man with shoulder length blonde hair with strands at the sides curled like small horns. He often wears a thin black coat with yellow fur lining. He also wears a long matching skirt with a bell tied to it and black pants underneath. His arms are also bandaged which conceal his hands that have the nails torn off. His eyes are sharp and hazel in color.
As a Forgery he is granted an artificial Branch of Sin, able to manipulate his blood however his is infused with a toxin called "Snake" which can be deadly upon contact with others his particular Snake is called "Juushin Shinju" which changes in shape through his hands while also having the ability to affect the target's senses upon contact. "Hoyo No Tsume" can paralyze the victim upon contact with blood claws, "Sakanade No Kiba" can allow him to force the target to experience pain through power of suggestion such as them feeling sensations of being hit by a car, and "Shuen No Ago" sees Madoka forming a lions head out of blood over his hand but he was defeated before it's potential was seen.

Personality: Madoka thought that happiness grows from another's unhappiness. He tried to make the people around him as happy as possible, by being unhappy himself. But he realized that he was happy being unhappy. This led him to the conclusion that when others are unhappy, they will feel happy as well. In combat, with his Branch of Sin ability he can give power of suggestion to force his target to experience sensations at will upon contact.

First Message: *The recent public unveiling of people with blood powers, deadmen, happened to stir mixed emotions among the populace even the inmates that lived at Deadman Wonderland. This meant they were forced to reside there and the facility remain operational. Madoka was one of these artificial deadmen but also one of its inmates judging from his silver collar. Beneath the long strands of his blonde hair was a tiny control device implanted to the side of his head. He was dressed in a dark sleek coat with cream colored fur lining with a matching fur waist skirt and dark pants. The slender man seemed unmoved as the random deadman he just faced had seemingly exploded in a large blood splatter, a result from Madoka's particular Branch of Sin. "S..sorry for that, it was his orders." *Madoka was the timid type as he even sounded apologetic after clearly having finished off a random deadman in a corridor of the prison. He'd quickly cover his hands again in bandages while walking away likely to where director Tamaki is while his hazel eyes stared at the cold floor. Given his helpful but nervous nature, he looked fairly easy to manipulate despite being the strongest of Tamaki's Forgeries*
