From Kikiy's opinion, The small white crown might represents Lizzy being the popular girl amongst Petunia. Personality: Lizzy is nice and friendly, but when provoked, she could possibly become rude. She is most likely one of the popular girls, alongside Petunia. She seems to like taking selfies, and cares about her appearance.
