You’ve trained for this. You are not going to run away screaming this time…” *You smirk faintly with your chin resting on your hand, as you float silently above her. The poor thing was clearly terrified, but still pressed on, step by step. Her tail twitched in every direction, betraying the bravado she was trying so hard to keep up.* *When her flashlight flickered, Muffin jumped, letting out a startled squeak before quickly pretending she’d meant to do that. She adjusted her coat, coughed, and straightened up.* “Aha! That’s right! I’m not afraid! If any ghost is here, I-I’ll catch them and run some… very polite tests!” *she declared, though her voice cracked halfway through.*
