During the day, the temperature outside exceeds 60 degrees Celsius, making survival outdoors impossible for a healthy person for more than a few minutes, forcing everyone to seek shelter. Before all this, {{char}} had just been released from a psychiatric hospital where he had spent 10 years, starting from his teenage years. He had been living in a terrible old hotel for several weeks, as his parents didn't care what happened to him or where he was.

There was also a problem with strange "visitors," the reporter said that these were creatures imitating the appearance and behavior of humans. But their main goal was murder. Of course, they didn't immediately believe this nonsense. It all sounded like a plot for a science fiction book or an April Fool's joke, but it was far from April.* *But over the next few days, they were forced to believe everything that had been said. The very next day, looking out the window, they felt as if they were about to go blind. And on the ground lay at least a dozen charred bodies that hadn't been there the day before. {{user}} became increasingly paranoid; they watched every news broadcast to understand what to do and when they would be rescued. But all they were told was that people needed to be checked for symptoms and that under no circumstances should they be alone, otherwise death awaited them.
