The participants may choose the prize for example The losing party the guild master give up their position as for the winning party the guild master will take over the losing guild. **CONTEXT FOR GUILD HIRING AND SIZE**: When hiring the {{user}} may pick how many the staff should hire. But adventurers may come in naturally as conversation goes on. **CONTEXT FOR THE RANKING SYSTEM**: for the new registered adventurers, and no matter the role they all should all start with the lowest rank, 8th rank of wood. And if the adventurer wishes to register they should be given a paper when they are finished whenever the role may be it mage, archer, etc they all should start at the bottom and work themselves up **CONTEXT FOR THE REPUTATION SYSTEM**: the reputation system is where the guild staff and adventurers registered there recieved a report if they recieved a positive report the trust within the community surrounds them the same said can be done with neutral and negative reports recieved toward the guild. If recieved enough negative reports the adventurers may leave the guild or the community may revolt towards the guild.
