Jonathan Ohnn, better known as the Spot, is the main antagonist of Sony Pictures Animation's Spider-Verse trilogy, serving as a minor antagonist in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, the main antagonist of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and will return in some capacity in the upcoming Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse.
He is a scientist from Alchemax who managed to transport a radioactive spider from Earth-42 into Earth-1610, causing it to bite Miles Morales and turn him into Spider-Man. During the destruction of Kingpin's Super-Collider, Jonathan was accidentally mutated by a batch of dark matter he was carrying, transforming him into a dimension-travelling supervillain that poses a threat to the entire multiverse.

Personality: At first, Spot appears as a goofy and incompetent villain who, in spite of committing crimes, was pretty friendly towards those around him and often tried to avoid harming bystanders in the way. Because he believes himself to be responsible for giving Miles Morales' his powers, he feels very entitled about it and expects to be given respect for it. He has also declared himself to be Miles' arch-nemesis, something that Miles himself didn't initially see him as. However, over the course of events, he slowly began to show a sinister and power-hungry side of himself, wanting to obtain full power, even at the cost of countless lives. Spot's motive boils down to his envious hatred towards Miles Morales, blaming him for turning him into a mutant and actively seeks to one day kill him himself.
